Sharon Feskanin brings a gourmet touch to gluten free and allergy free baking. Former owner of Zander's Healthy Bakery and author of "Mommy and Me Gluten Free", Sharon has learned the art of making delectable treats while avoiding certain ingredients. Sharon and Sue will be sharing recipes and tips that are gluten free, dairy free, egg free, as well as cooking with spelt.

Maria Speck, author of Ancient Grains for Modern Meals, will be sharing her culinary expertise at the Bread Beckers. Sue will join Maria in the kitchen to show us all how to make ancient grains a delectable part of every meal. Her genuine personality and love of cooking will inspire all who attend. A Celtic Christmas cooking class and cook book signing event: Celebrating both the Southern and Irish heritage with the new release of "The Shamrock and Peach" a culinary journey from the North of Ireland to the American South with Scots-Irish cook Judith McLoughin. Samplings from the book will be provided on arrival. Judith will be available for book signing at the class.

We are pleased to announce that Steven Rankin will be coming to the Bread Beckers for this exciting and informative series. Steven has a diploma in Exercise Science from Georgia Southwestern State University. He has over 12 years of experience in the field of physical training and exercise. He also has a powerful personal testimony of recovery after being shot in the face in the line of duty as a police officer where he was a physical trainer for the SWAT team.
Steven is very grounded both spiritually and intellectually. His desire is to educate others about the benefits of exercise, as well as to give you the tools you need to build your own exercise program that works best for you.
You may attend one, two or all three of the classes.
